Hey there!
My name is Hope, I'm 34 years old, and for some reason still goofing around on Gaia. rolleyes

IRL, I'm a telescope operations specialist for an observatory. It's a pretty cool job. It also lets me live on Maui, so that's a plus mrgreen
I'm also an avid pole dancer, aerial hoop/lyra performance artist, hiker, minecraft builder, and a goth/alternative gal. So yeah, feel free to ask me questions about any of that stuff or blab with me about our common interests.

Here on Gaia though, I'm the Mayor of the GD (no srsly it was a democratic election and everything lol). You'll see me around the GD/CB mostly these days.

My family and I have been wanting to vacation together, and we were thinking of Hawai'i. We decided to cancel it for now because of what's happening politically, but it's still our top choice. I'm sure if or when tensions calm a bit more we'll jump on the opportunity. My siblings and I want to give my parents a memorable experience and I think seeing colours pop like that in their view would wow them haha. Thanks for the tip!

Hii~ I saw your reply on the Cherry Blossom post I had in the GD but I didn't get to reply. I was looking up the purple tree you mentioned, I can't remember the name. But they're actually beautiful! If I ever visit Hawaii I'll probably go when they're in bloom.
