Ok, well I've been trying to eat healthy for the past several months in my house. But I'm starting to find it impossible to eat healthy. For example everything in my house is not the healthiest. Its filled with junk food and lots of fatting foods. But it seems like every time I start eating good I see something that looks good and eats it. I mean i can go through a whole jar of cookies. And i tell my parents to bye better foods but they just tell me to do the shopping then (even though they won't let me). So mainly what I'm asking is for advise on healthy eating habits in a place were there really isn't any healthy foods. Please help confused .
