This song, to me, can mean alot of things. One of my thoughts is that it's about sex, a one-night stand. About using someone, just for sex. Then once they get "what they came for", they leave. Or, about someone who has too high of an expectation of people, so he/she realizes what they are looking for, is themself, cause themself is the only one who can live up to their expectations. Or, someone that is in a relationship just to get what they want. Orrrr, someone that is pretending to do something in order to get what he/she feels is theirs, and then take it.
Similar thoughts of what the song means. But my question to you, what are your thoughts of what the song is about?

i also think its about drugs and addiction but there are definitly other possibilities..a close friend of mine thinks its about sex

I think it's more about a personality flaw? I can definately connect with the thought that I would go somewhere to lie to get what I want. It's really about anything. about wanting.
