ok, this forum needs some livening up! if anybody has any thoughts, questions, suggestions, ANYTHING at all relating to health, then start a post on this subforum. at the moment, this subforum is mainly about dieting and trying to lose weight (mainly thanks to me whining about my flabby body and weight problems all the time lol) but there are a lot more things to do with health that we can start discussions about.
so go on, post something! i'm sure you all have some ideas!
