I watch alot of those crime shows also. Criminal minds being my favorite one.

Jeffrey Dahmer comes to mind. He may not have killed many, but the torture he put his victims through was atrocious.

Robert Pickton comes to mind.
There are others, but the Robert Pickton case is pretty recent and quite disturbing.
