I lived in Arizona previous to my current living standards for four years. I have to say that it was pretty nice having summer nearly year round. Swimming was great and walking through sprinklers to cool down during an afternoon walk. <--Hence the walking through. Met a ton of people mainly for partying though. It was fun overall. Plus I have to say I like the convenience of the city.

I lived there for 7 years before moving to Arkansas, back to Arizona, and then to where I currently live, Oregon. Arizona is a beautiful place. With its GHOST TOWNS, Joshua trees, cacti, mountains, sunsets, endless desserts, snakes, etc.. I always loved living there. People in Arizona are generally nice people and, unlike what people we meet everywhere else say, we usually lack accents.
I just didn't like the lack of fun things to do where I originally lived in the '90s. (Safford, Kingman, and Sierra Vista) We had to travel for hours to Laughlin, Flagstaff, Phoenix, and Tuscon or Las Vegas to ever truly have fun... And, the lack of jobs. Other than that, it's a great place! smile
I love the ghost towns! I miss 'em so much! I plan on going back to Arizona some day to visit them. I loved going to places like Oatman, Clifton, and Tombstone. So many great places... I wish the ghost towns in Oregon were like the ones in Arizona.

I'm currently living in Lake Havasu and I absolutely hate it.
We pretty much only have two seasons here, summer and winter. There's only a span of maybe two weeks to a month where the weather is just perfect where you can have your windows open and enjoy a nice breeze before you're either sweating or freezing.
I also hate living here because it's pretty much tourist season year round. In the summer we have to deal with the impatient party crowd either running you down or taking up a million spots at the store with their trucks and boats (not to mention all the trash they dump in the lake and leave for the locals to clean up). Then in the winter time we've got the snowbirds that like to drive 25 everywhere they go, then take up all of the parking spots with their giant RV's. It's a lose/lose situation.
So yeah... not too fond of the place. I've been thinking of relocating to Prescott or Prescott Valley.

My husband moved us here 17 years ago from coos bay, or. I hate the heat but love the beauty of the desert.

I had tried for yrs to move to AZ, but settled in NM. I drive to AZ every yr. My gf and I (we have been friends since we were teens) spend our birthdays together ( she's the 5th I'm the 8th). I still someday like to live there.

I've lived in Arizona for about 4 years now. I've lived in 5 different states before ultimately residing here. I rather like the winter months, as it's taken me a bit to get used to the heat. I am grateful that it's not humid except for monsoon season.

I grew up in Arizona all my life. I used with everything in Arizona. biggrin love hiking during fall or spring time, it's so beautiful view. Sunrise and sunset is so wonderful in Arizona. I like Arizona but now i feel enough and want to move into other state.

Sometimes I like living in Arizona, sometimes not. The reason why I don't sometimes is because of the heat during the Summer and how it can hit the 100's, making the weather unbearable, I also miss the snow!

I live on the beach here in Arizona, own a patch of ocean side property here. Even got my own little boat house. Now if you believe all that i do rent it out for cash.
If not I live in Phoenix just West of the heat waves of the city
