She is a Moderator Assistant in Mini Shops, Personalized Graphics, Request and Commissions, R&C Auctions and GAIA Guilds.

Please take note of the number beside the doll type.
The first two bases will cycle out when the number reaches zero.
Fret not, though, they will cycle through again, some time!
If you have a base suggestion, feel free to leave a link to the base's website and I will take a look.
Yes, I do OCs, usually for the same price, may ask for more if it's especially complex.
