These are tentative ideas I've had, so no real saying when or if they'll actually happen..
*Fox-fires lineart auction
4-5 stages
11(?) unique pieces of lineart
LADDER notes: if the bidding goes over xxk, I'll draw an additional PAIR of lineart (male and female) for whichever stage you want (baby, young, adult, or elder.) Not much to add to ladder.
Above is just a quickie sketch I did of the forms when I first thought of them. There will be different poses for male and female, and I think a couple choices for adult stages. The elder, which would be a special late state, is not pictured.

Legend:
It is said in legend that a powerful kitsune (fox) of many tails can create a spark of magical fire by rubbing its tails together. The glowing ball of flame sometimes dies out, but leaves in its place its energy concentrated in a jewel-like stone. If there is enough energy in that stone, the fire may be reborn into a life of its own.
Some of the fires may be good, bringing wonder and comfort. Others may be more evil, misleading others like will-o-wisps in the dark. These fires need someone to watch them or they will burn out.
Fox-Fire Characteristics:
Fox-fires grow out of the jeweled embers of a powerful fireball made by a great kitsune. They begin to glow brightly and assume the form of a flaming fox. While they glow brightly and flicker as a fire, they are only faintly warm to the touch, as a sunbeam, and do not hurt. Their form is somewhat insubstantial, they can choose to be more solid or more incaporeal, making your hand pass completely through them. They come in an assortment of colors, usually emulating flame by growing from darker to light at their ear and tail-tips. Some more rare ones have an extravagant mix of color flickering within.
Fox-fires can be both playful and mysterious. They move very lightly and freely, barely seeming to touch the ground but rather taking bouncing/floating steps over it. Fox-fires have the ability to hover a little ways above the ground for a period of time, and glide short distances. Young ones are generally afraid of going too high for fear of the wind blowing them out. As they are cared for they can grow larger and be able to explore more themselves without fear of being extinguished. Older ones learn more how to use the wind to their advantage and gain some height with it.
Fox-fire growth:
Flaming jewel-> young fireball-> adolescent-> adult (able to produce new fox-fires)-> elder (rare and special)
Fox-fires never grow very large, hardly the size of the kitsune that may have spawned them, but at full growth an adult is about the size of a small cat, and an elder like a medium dog. The jewels are about the size of a kiwi. The jewel feels smooth like onyx and faintly warm, and has faint flames flickering about it. When it "hatches" it suddenly glows very brightly for a moment, barely able to be looked at, as the inner fox-fire incenerates the jewel and emerges.
Fox-fires don't need to "eat", rather they gain energy from being cared for and their fire gradually grows larger. If the even grow bright enough as an adult, they can dance together with another fox-fire of the opposite gender to produce a completely new one (or even maybe more than one!) The new fox-fire doesn't go through the jewel state but instead beings as a young fox-fire.

This is an idea I've had kicking in my head for over several years. Please take good care of my little fox-fires
Some cute little flower buds that grow into plant-like fairy creatures. 2 genders, 4 stages of growth. Can be used for moderate RP, breedable.
Sample (rough pencil sketches of first two stages. Last two stages not pictured yet since I don't have them finalized. I was thinking of using the row of buds as part of a shop banner.
Also, here is something I did similar to the budlings, but different, which I don't know if I'll pursue. I kinda got into a plant-people drawing mood

I think I may end up combining the two into one set.
LADDER notes: for the late stage(s) and options for different flowers on the last two stages? (ie Thistle, Iris, Lily, Snapdragon, Dandelion, Daisy, Rose... I'm open to suggestions for flowers though keep in mind the flower is mostly viewed from the rear/side, though I'll probably change it a bit so its more interesting to look at from that angle.)
Story: Budlings are a strange sort of fey flower that gained a life of its own. Perhaps they're due to some sort of risidual magic in the ground, or a special type of seed. I don't know much about them.
Suggestions: Maybe images for different kinds of seeds as well.
*Foxicorns lineart auction
Cute creatures that are like foxes and unicorns. (Yeah I can't seem to help drawing foxy creatures!) Not too much backstory, but they're cute. 4 stages, 2 genders. Intended to be breedable, probably could be used for roleplay too.
*Baa-bits lineart auction
Weird fey sheep... fluffy things with wings that grow up out of odd twiggy nests. Don't ask me how they survive since the little things don't actually seem to fly. Only 3 stages of growth but many varieties in both genders. Females have large ears, while males have horns. Each type has a different set of wings (bat, feather, butterfly, dragonfly, fairy, maybe more?) Probably only light RP if any, pretty standard breeding. They're kind of intended for someone who wants to make a lot since their life cycle is pretty short.
Ladder options for other wing types?

Anteater lineart auction (not sure if I'll go through with this idea anymore)
Some anteater-like creatures with little wings. Not sure how many stages yet. I'm open to suggestions of what they "hatch" from, I don't want to do just an egg. Probably moderately RP-able and breedable.

Kirin/Kilin creature lineart auction
Creatures styled after Asian folklore. They emerge from pretty glowing lanterns. Probably 4 stages, 2 genders. These could probably be RP-ed and should be breedable.
Sample I don't want them to be precisely like the mythological creatures since they've already been done by now.

*Merfolk lineart auction
Mermaid-like creatures with pretty fins who grow up out of spiraled conch shells. 4 stages of growth, 2 genders. Probably could be heavily RP-ed and breedable. I havn't seen to many sea-oriented breedables so I think these would be unique.
Possiblities for lineart edits for clothing and accessories/jewelry.
LADDER notes: will pretty much just be for final forms and familiars.

Merfolk characteristics:
Merfolk are born from small white eggs, that have a soft silk-like texture but leather firmness. These eggs are placed in a special species of spiraled conch shell. As it develops, the egg absorbs the shell's colors and the merfolk born will have that coloration. An egg that is not placed in a shell will end up an albino, with minimal cream and white coloration.
The main differences between male and female, other than general body shape, are: eye shape, position of 'wing' back fins, ear size and shape, arm fin position.
Merfolk are roughly just smaller than average humans, though rarely seen. They tend to keep to the deeper parts of the ocean and can easily see in the murky darkness, as well as use glowing jellies and plants for light. They can swim very fast and even if humans are present easily avoid them.
Merfolk growth:
Egg stage-> baby-> youth/teen-> adult (can reproduce)-> realm lord (optional, RP reward?)
As they grow they get longer and their fins develop more.
The 'realm lords' are a special folk among them, as the sea is wide and vast these merfolk are sent out to watch the realms of the ocean and take care of the other merfolk and creatures that inhabit them. They wear a throny coral crown and have the most developed fins, as well as attain facial markings to show their rank. As merfolk have long lives, it is still not often one is chosen. Larger 'realms' may have more than one. In general they are close and get along well, but not always. They usually have some special abilties.
Suggestions:
Those that are RPed can choose to get certain facial markings depending on a 'realm' they choose to group with.
Possiblity of familiars/pets like lanternfish, octapus, sea horse, etc.

These are demons that get released from a book of dark writings. The type of writing in the book deturmines the demon (for instance, dark poetry, dark fiction, dark secrets, etc.) They start as a book with a dark aura around it, which is locked and has a keyhole in front. Once the book is named by an owner, a key will eventually appear. When the book is unlocked it transforms into a demon who has a lock somewhere on their body, so they can be locked again to return to book form. The demons are pretty standard, humanoid variations with horns, wings, and a devil tail. Only the holder of the key has power over them. Probably pretty good RP potential. These will probably only have 2-3 stages but will be fairly detailed and a wide variety. I don't know if you could set up breeding since they tend to be genderless and arise from an aura that gathers in a book rather than actual reproduction. Maybe some kind of ceremony could empower new books using the power from current demons?
LADDER notes: I'd probably pick about 5 themes and do ladder options to add more of the person's choosing.

Genies
Ok, had kind of an interesting idea for these, I don't know if anyone will like it or not.
4-5 stages. Bottle stage-> child stage (can't grant more than a minor wish) -> teen stage (can grant medium wishes) -> adult stage (all powerful!)-> freedom stage!
These would not retain the same owners through their life. Each flatsale price would be fairly minor since they would be resold again. These would have to have some kind of interesting RP setup due to how powerful genies are.
Basically, they're sold as a bottle, say for 3k. The first person gets them up to the teen stage, and after they use 3 wishes or a set time passes (like a month) the genie returns to bottle stage and is sold again at flatsale, this time for say 2k since its not growing as much. It would come out the bottle as the teen form, and grow to adult with them. The second person would have it the same amount of time, it would again return to the bottle, and it be passed on for say 1k in flatsale since it was now an adult to its subsequent owners.
The cert keeps a list of all prior owners with the current one at the top. All the owners still 'own' it, but only the current owner has control of it. (The bottle image also stays at the corner of the cert when the genie is out.) Once the genie has had x number of owners (say 7), it is 'freed' and everyone who owned it gets to 'own' the cert with a special stage of the genie being free. The genie is then retired as it goes off to live its own life (say 6 months-1 year after birth). The bottle image in the corner is replaced with broken bracelets. The freedom stage is kind of incentive to pass it on to other owners rather than try to keep it yourself.
This type of pet would need to have a lot of coloring work invested since it'd have a long active period, and wouldn't earn all its money up front but instead over time, so figure out what you want for the pet total and divide it between the number of owners.
Also there could be special auction genie that would only have one owner.
Has a lot of potential for accessories in the adult stage since genies usually have a lot of jewelry. Current owners could add up to 3 pieces to customize it more, which it would keep. The lineart would be generic for male and female so you could make hairstyle and clothes sets to make them a little more varied.
LADDER notes: will mostly be a couple different edited hairstyles and possibly a couple other poses.
Story: Genies are the spirits of those who cannot pass on for various reasons, and are doing service to earn their right to do so.
Ladder options would probably mostly be more hair styles.

Element-kin
The baby and child stage would be somewhat generic cute fluffy cattish thing with wings, maybe vaguely dragon-y. Then to progress to an adult it'd have to go on a journey. While away it'd be influenced by its surroundings and gains its look from them (so depending on the predominant element of the place it went, it'd look like that- for instance if near a volcano it'd end up very firey looking.) So in a sense it'd be elementally influenced, and the owner could pick a final stage. The key would be making all those stages appealing and varied.
I think breeding would just produce normal ones since they're influenced by their environment, not genetics. Not sure if there will be a real difference between male and female other than poses.
BABY (1 lineart) -> YOUTH (1 lineart?) -> ADULT (wide variety of lineart, no gender difference?)
The youth has two variants, one with wings folded and one with them unfolded to signify it is ready to go on its journey (to become an adult.)
I'm trying to come up with a list of place types without going too overboard or overlapping-
(Main attribute changes- fur texture, horns, ear length/position, paws, wings, tail, beard/face ruff, face/nose length, leg/chest ruff, body proportions)
Ice/Snow- more fluffy, thicker bodies - bear-like
River/Lakes- shortish body, scales, fins - otter-like
+Ocean- longer body, scales, fins - deep serpent
Fields- small, longer legs and tail -rabbit-like
Desert- short fur, larger ears, long body, edged scale
+Forests- longer teeth, slim, leaves
Mountains- longer horns, hooves, small beard
+Volcano- rocky scale, firey fur
+Clouds- swirly, feathery
more? suggestions?
The auction would probably only be for a couple base ones, like the more basic elements, and have a ladder to add more as desired (either they can choose from a list of suggestions or make up their own.)
I have a couple sketches but havn't scanned them yet.
Custom lineart
If my lineart auctions do decently, I'm thinking of doing a custom breedables lineart auction.
